Weather information provided by Cirrus is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended for use in safety-critical decisions, aviation, marine navigation, emergency management, or any situation where inaccurate weather data could result in injury, death, or property damage. Sleep, readiness and activity scores are general wellness information, not medical advice.
Cirrus relies on third-party forecast providers. While we strive to display accurate data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any weather information. Forecasts are inherently uncertain. YOUR USE OF THIS REAL TIME WEATHER GUIDANCE APPLICATION OR WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WEATHER DATA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE.
Weather summaries, "What to Wear," the Daily Cirrus briefing, the notifications Cirrus writes for you, the Sleep Coach, Ask Cirrus, and Cosmic Calendar readings are written by AI and may contain errors or outdated information. They are provided for convenience only and should not be treated as professional meteorological or medical advice.
You may not use Cirrus to redistribute weather data to third parties, reverse engineer the app, interfere with its services, or try to get around its usage limits.
The Cirrus Weather name, logo, app design, and original content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without written permission. Weather data displayed in the app is sourced from third-party providers and subject to their respective terms.
Cirrus offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the full app. Some features are available without a subscription; the rest require one. Where a free trial is offered, its length and the price that follows are shown on the subscribe screen before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's Terms of Sale.
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Cirrus, its content, or its support. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cirrus and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on weather information provided within it. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from forecast inaccuracies, missed alerts, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Cirrus has no accounts, so we cannot email you; we will make reasonable efforts to point out material changes in the app, and the "Last updated" date always shows when these terms last changed.
