Apple handles billing for Cirrus. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Cirrus Weather to change or cancel your plan. You can also get there from Manage Subscription in Settings inside Cirrus. We can't see your billing details, and Apple handles all payments and refunds.
Open Cirrus, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with, your subscription comes back right away, with no new charge.
With your permission, Cirrus reads your steps, sleep, and heart data from Apple Health to power your step count and the Health tab. Location is used to get the weather where you are and to send severe weather alerts. None of this data is sold or used for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Ask Cirrus and The Daily Cirrus are generated by AI based on real forecast data, but AI responses can occasionally be wrong or out of date. Treat them as a helpful summary, not a substitute for official weather warnings from the National Weather Service in a genuine emergency.
Cirrus has no accounts. Almost everything the app knows about you stays on your device and is removed when you delete the app. To have anything else deleted, email privacy@cirrusweather.app.
The fastest way is Settings inside Cirrus: tap Report a Bug (or Feature Request for ideas). A bug report adds your device model and iOS version for you, and you can attach a screenshot. You can also email bugs@cirrusweather.app directly.
